Chateau La Tour Baladoz St Emilion Grand Cru. A small 9 hectare property on the hillside at St Laurent des Combes, adjacent to some of St Emilion's most renowned and expensive properties. Predominantly Merlot, with a little Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine is matured in new and one year old French oak barrels for 18 months. Full, rich and smooth. A great wine to accompany roast meats, steaks and hard cheese.
Fleurie, Peras. A lovely mature Fleurie with soft cherry flavours
Chateau Montfin Cuvée Mathilde Corbieres. A full smooth wine with lovely soft rounded tannins. Great with roast lamb or a pizza.
Domaine de La Chaise Chenonceaux Blanc. An especially full rich Sauvignon Blanc. Great with smoked salmon or a soft goats cheese.
Domaine de La Grange Patrimoine. Barrel-fermented Chenin Blanc. Crisp, intense wine wonderful with fish or meat in rich sauces and fruit tarts.
Chateau Montfin Cuvée St Jacques. A very elegant and rare white. Roussanne and Grenache Blanc grapes fermented in new oak like a fine Burgundy. Ideal with white meats and mild cheese. Normally sold to restaurants in the region
